The SIG P320 is cut for the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint, so optics with that footprint mount directly with no plate. Sig’s Pro cut is the DeltaPoint Pro footprint: Romeo1Pro, Romeo2, Romeo-X Pro, Leupold DPP and EOTech EFLX mount directly; RMR/Holosun 407C-507C-508T need a filler/adapter plate (many newer slides have RMR holes pre-drilled) and 509T/ACRO need an adapter.
