The SIG P365 is cut for the Shield RMSc footprint, so optics with that footprint mount directly with no plate. Current optic-ready P365 slides use the Shield RMSc / Romeo Zero pattern; Holosun 407K/507K/EPS Carry and Romeo-X Compact mount direct (use the shorter P365-specific screws to avoid pinching the extractor spring); original non-OR P365 slides need milling.
