Welcome to Arms Depot. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Arms Depot LLC (“Arms Depot,” “we,” “us”) is a California-based retailer of optics, weapon lights, laser aiming devices, mounts, and iron and night sights. We do not sell firearms or ammunition, and we do not perform firearm transfers.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle accessories and 21 years of age where required by law. By placing an order you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Products

Arms Depot sells optics, weapon lights, lasers, mounts, and related accessories. Most of these items are not firearms and do not require transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that any item is legal to purchase, own, and use in their jurisdiction.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Advertised pricing complies with applicable manufacturer minimum advertised price (MAP) policies.

4. Compliance with Laws

The buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Certain products — including aiming lasers, infrared devices, and night-vision-compatible equipment — may be subject to state restrictions and U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR). Orders may be canceled if they cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable law.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be returned new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging within the stated return window.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Arms Depot makes no additional warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arms Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased. The buyer assumes all responsibility for safe and lawful use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
